摘要
对患者实施高血压“互联网+”健康管理干预,可以有效控制患者的血压,降低心脑血管疾病的发生率,提升疾病的治疗效果。本文对“互联网+”健康管理在高血压病患者中的应用进行了SWTO分析。
Implementing hypertension“Internet Plus”health management intervention on patients can effectively control their blood pressure,reduce the probability of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and promote the treatment effects of the disease.This paper makes a SWTO analysis on the application of"Internet Plus+"health management in patients with hypertension.
