三妙散通过抑制炎症反应促进难愈性创面愈合机制 被引量:1

摘要 目的:初步评估三妙散治疗难愈性创面的功效以及其潜在的机制。方法:构建大鼠难愈性创面模型,在第1~14天检测创面大小并使用苏木精-伊红染色法(HE染色)检测组织的病理状态。使用生物信息学分析筛选三妙散的靶点基因,并使用蛋白免疫印迹(WB)验证结果。结果:在第7天和第14天,与阴性对照组相比,三妙散组大鼠的伤口面积显著减少(均P<0.05)。HE染色结果显示,与阴性对照组相比,三妙散组大鼠的组织损伤实质性改善。此外,WB结果显示,在第7天和第14天,三妙散显著降低大鼠伤口组织中RELA(NF-κB亚单位p65)和TNF的表达(均P<0.05)。结论:三妙散促进大鼠难愈性创面愈合可能依赖于对炎症反应的抑制。 Objective:To preliminarily evaluate the efficacy of Sanmiao san in treating difficult-to-heal wounds and its potential mechanism.Methods:The rat model of difficult-to-heal wounds was constructed,and the size of the wounds was measured on day 1 st to 14 th,and the hematoxylin-eosin staining method(HE staining)was used to detect the pathological state of the tissues.Bioinformatics analysis was used to screen the target genes of Sanmiao san,and Western Blot(WB)was used to verify the results.Results:On day 7 th and 14 th,compared with the negative control group,the wound area of rats in the Sanmiao san group was significantly reduced(all P<0.05).HE staining results showed that compared with the negative control group,the tissue damage of rats in the Sanmiao san group was substantially improved.In addition,WB results showed that on day 7 th and 14 th,Sanmiao san significantly reduced the expression of RELA(NF-κB subunit p65)and TNF in the wound tissue of rats(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanmiao may depend on the inhibition of inflammation in promoting the healing of refractory wounds in rats.
