彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌早期诊断中的应用价值

Application value of color Doppler ultrasound in early diagnosis of breast cancer

目的研究彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法80例乳腺癌患者,均开展磁共振成像(MRI)诊断与彩色多普勒超声诊断。将病理诊断结果作为金标准,分析两种诊断方式的诊断时间、诊断正确率、满意度,观察彩色多普勒超声诊断下患者患侧和健侧动脉血流参数[收缩末期峰值/舒张末期峰值(S/D)]。结果彩色多普勒超声的诊断时间(8.08±1.47)min明显短于MRI的(14.14±2.02)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。彩色多普勒超声的诊断正确率93.75%、满意度98.75%均明显高于MRI的77.50%、87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。彩色多普勒超声诊断患侧动脉S/D(4.44±0.93)低于健侧的(7.15±1.02),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断早期乳腺癌,价值较高,可推广。

Objective To study the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in early diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and color Doppler ultrasound were performed in all 80 patients with breast cancer.Taking pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard,the diagnostic time,diagnostic accuracy and satisfaction of the two diagnostic methods were analyzed,and the blood flow parameters[peak systolic velocity/end diastolic velocity(S/D)]of patients'affected and healthy side under color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis were observed.Results The diagnostic time of color Doppler ultrasound was(8.08±1.47)min,which was significantly shorter than that of(14.14±2.02)min of MRI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of 93.75%and satisfaction of 98.75%by color Doppler ultrasound were significantly higher than those of 77.50%and 87.50%by MRI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The S/D of the affected side of(4.44±0.93)by color Doppler ultrasound were lower than that of(7.15±1.02)of the healthy side,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of early breast cancer is of high value and can be popularized.
