头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠与美罗培南治疗白血病合并肺部感染的临床效果比较

Comparison of clinical effects of cefoperazone sodium andsulbactam sodium and meropenem in the treatment of leukemia complicated with pulmonary infection

目的比较头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠与美罗培南治疗白血病合并肺部感染的临床效果。方法70例白血病合并肺部感染患者,随机分成实验组和对照组,各35例。实验组采取美罗培南治疗,对照组采取头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效、病原菌清除时间、不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率94.29%高于对照组的68.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组病原菌清除时间(1.68±0.11)d短于对照组的(3.36±0.35)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组发生1例轻度皮疹,不良反应发生率为2.86%。对照组发生2例肝功能损害,3例轻度皮疹,1例凝血功能障碍,不良反应发生率为17.14%。实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美罗培南治疗白血病合并肺部感染的疗效和安全性均比头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠理想,值得临床应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium and meropenem in the treatment of leukemia complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 70 patients with leukemia and pulmonary infection were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with meropenem,and the control group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium.The clinical efficacy,clearance time of pathogenic bacteria,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.29%,which was higher than that of 68.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clearance time of pathogenic bacteria of(1.68±0.11)d in the experimental group was shorter than that of(3.36±0.35)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Mild rash occurred in 1 case in the experimental group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.86%.In the control group,2 cases of liver damage,3 cases of mild rash,1 case of coagulation dysfunction,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 17.14%.The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy and safety of meropenem in the treatment of leukemia combined with pulmonary infection are better than cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium,which is worthy of clinical application.
