明雄膏中药塌渍外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of external application of Mingxiong ointment on acute gouty arthritis

目的研究明雄膏中药塌渍外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法60例急性痛风性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用明雄膏中药塌渍外敷治疗。比较两组患者关节功能评分、临床指标(白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β)及治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组白细胞介素-6(52.20±0.27)ng/L、白细胞介素-1β(30.70±0.21)ng/L、关节功能评分(3.10±0.32)分,明显低于对照组的(64.60±0.22)ng/L、(43.20±0.31)ng/L、(5.90±0.31)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论明雄膏中药塌渍外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效显著,可改善患者的炎症反应,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of external application of Mingxiong ointment on acute gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the experimental group was treated with external application of Mingxiong ointment on the basis of the control group.The joint function scores,clinical indexes(interleukin-6,interleukin-1β),and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had interleukin-6 of(52.20±0.27)ng/L,interleukin-1βof(30.70±0.21)ng/L,and joint function score of(3.10±0.32)points,which were significantly lower than those of(64.60±0.22)ng/L,(43.20±0.31)ng/L,and(5.90±0.31)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The external application of Mingxiong ointment in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis is significant,which can improve the inflammatory response of patients and is worth promoting.
