糖尿病肾病应用厄贝沙坦联合复方丹参滴丸的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of irbesartan combined with compound Danshen dropping pills on diabetic nephropathy

目的分析厄贝沙坦联合复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法72例糖尿病肾病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组应用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组应用厄贝沙坦联合复方丹参滴丸治疗。比较两组患者血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]水平、肾功能指标[血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿总蛋白(TP)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)]。结果治疗后,观察组TC水平(4.0±0.9)mmol/L、TG水平(1.5±0.3)mmol/L、LDL-C水平(2.2±0.2)mmol/L均低于对照组的(5.5±0.8)、(2.4±0.5)、(2.9±0.6)mmol/L,HDL-C水平(1.2±0.1)mmol/L高于对照组的(1.0±0.3)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组SCr(132.9±11.5)μmol/L、BUN(5.4±0.9)mmol/L、TP(1.5±0.2)g/24 h、UAER(60.1±6.8)μg/min均低于对照组的(157.5±16.4)μmol/L、(6.9±1.2)mmol/L、(2.0±0.4)g/24 h、(75.2±6.3)μg/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用厄贝沙坦联合复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者血脂及肾功能水平,值得临床推广及运用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with compound Danshen dropping pills on diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 72 diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan,and the observation group was treated with irbesartan and compound Danshen dripping pills.Both groups were compared in terms of blood lipid[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)]and renal function indicators[serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),total protein(TP),urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)].Results After treatment,the observation group had TC of(4.0±0.9)mmol/L,TG of(1.5±0.3)mmol/L and LDL-C of(2.2±0.2)mmol/L,which were lower than those of(5.5±0.8),(2.4±0.5)and(2.9±0.6)mmol/L in the control group;HDL-C of(1.2±0.1)mmol/L in the observation group was higher than that of(1.0±0.3)mmol/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had SCr of(132.9±11.5)μmol/L,BUN of(5.4±0.9)mmol/L,TP of(1.5±0.2)g/24 h and UAER of(60.1±6.8)μg/min,which were lower than those of(157.5±16.4)μmol/L,(6.9±1.2)mmol/L,(2.0±0.4)g/24 h and(75.2±6.3)μg/min in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with compound Danshen dropping pills is effective in treating diabetic nephropathy.It can effectively improve the level of blood lipid and renal function of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
