Research progress on pharmacological action and clinical application of reduced glutathione in the treatment of liver diseases

谷胱甘肽是一种多肽药物,一种重要的巯基化合物,可参与细胞活性氧代谢,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、增强免疫力等功效,临床上用于肝脏、肾脏、胰腺、肿瘤等疾病的治疗。本文对还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的药理作用及其对肝脏损伤和疾病治疗的临床应用进行综述,为进一步合理利用其药物治疗提供依据。

Glutathione is a peptide drug,an important sulfhydryl compound,which can participate in cellular reactive oxygen metabolism and has antioxidant,antitumor and immunity enhancing effects,and is clinically used in the treatment of liver,kidney,pancreas and tumor diseases.In this paper,the pharmacological action of reduced glutathione(GSH)and its clinical applications for liver injury and disease treatment are reviewed to provide a basis for further rational use of its drug therapy.
