应用型人才培养视角下高职院校校企深度合作的问题与思考

Problems and Reflections on the Deep Cooperation between Schools and Enterprises in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Applied Talents Training

校企深度合作培养应用型人才是发挥校企双方的优势、深化高职院校学生理论知识与实践技能学习的有效举措,可以满足企业对人才的需求,推动学生职业生涯的发展。但校企深度合作在政府宏观调控、校企配合、平台建设与课程评价等方面存在较多疏漏,需要地方政府部门立足整体,完善校企合作平台与评价机制,推动高职院校应用型人才培养质量的提升。

In-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises to cultivate applied talents is an effective measure to give full play to the advantages of both schools and enterprises and deepen the mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of students in higher vocational colleges.It can meet the needs of enterprises for talents and promote the career development of students.However,there are many omissions in the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises in government macro-control,school-enterprise cooperation,platform construction and course evaluation.It is urgent for local government to be based on the whole body,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,improve school-enterprise cooperative platform and evaluation mechanism to improve quality of applied talents training in colleges and universities.
