基于碘-罗丹明6G缔合物增强型荧光探针的表征及在药物分析中的应用

摘要 在罗丹明6G(Rh6G)中引入可溶性碘(I_(3)^(-)),通过离子缔合反应,获取一种增强型荧光探针(I_(3)^(-)-Rh6G),并用于还原性药物的荧光检测。考察了探针I_(3)^(-)-Rh6G的荧光光谱性能及其与还原性药物的反应条件。结果表明,在中性表面活性剂和乙酸盐缓冲体系中,探针I_(3)^(-)-Rh6G可用于还原性药物高灵敏检测,还原性药物浓度与荧光强度的增加(ΔF)成正比关系,相关系数均大于0.99。抗坏血酸、盐酸羟胺、安乃近及卡托普利检出限分别为1.39×10^(-9)mol/L、1.38×10^(-9)mol/L、2.65×10^(-9)mol/L、2.83×10^(-9)mol/L;方法用于实际样品的测试,加标回收率范围为96.25%~101.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)范围为1.3%~2.9%。 A novel fluorescent probe(I_(3)^(-)-Rh6G)was prepared by association reaction using rhodamine 6G(Rh6G)and soluble iodine(I_(3)^(-))as raw materials,and a fluorescence detection method for reducing drugs was established.Preparation process of the I_(3)^(-)-Rh6G probe and its reaction conditions were investigated.The results demonstrate that the probe I_(3)^(-)-Rh6G can be used for highly sensitive detection of reducing drugs in the nonionic surfactant and acetic acid sodium acetate buffer system.There is a good proportional relationship between reducing drug concentration and fluorescence increment(ΔF).The relative standard deviation(n=6)for spiking experiment is 1.3%-2.9%,and the recovery is 96.25%-101.0%.
