基于NDIR法和HCLD法的气体分析仪不同海拔下的线性特性研究

摘要 研究气体分析仪在不同海拔下的线性特性对确保试验结果准确性具有重要意义。本研究在不同海拔下分别利用不同浓度的标准气体、气体分割器等设备对市面上主流的便携式排放测试分析仪进行线性化检查,得到基于NDIR法和HCLD法的气体分析仪在不同海拔下的线性特性。通过对数据的整理分析得出推荐线性系数,在进入其他不同海拔地区试验时使用此线性系数可消除海拔对分析仪准确性的影响从而保证实际行驶排放试验结果的准确性。该研究对整车企业及检测机构确保不同海拔下实际行驶排放试验结果准确性具有实际参考价值。 It is important to study the linear characteristics of gas analyzer at different altitudes to ensure the accuracy of test results.In this study,the linear inspection of the mainstream portable emission test analyzers on the market was conducted by using standard gas of different concentrations and gas dividers at different altitudes,and the linear characteristics of the gas analyzers based on NDIR method and HCLD method were obtained at different altitudes.Through data collation and analysis,the recommended linear coefficient is obtained,which can be used to eliminate the influence of altitude on the accuracy of the analyzer and ensure the accuracy of the real driving emission test results when testing in other areas with different altitudes.This study has practical reference value for vehicle enterprises and testing institutions to ensure the accuracy of actual real driving emission test results at different altitudes.
