中职电子技术应用专业校企合作人才培养

Training of School-enterprise Cooperation Talents Specializing in the Application of Electronic Technology

现代职业教育背景下,学校和企业共同合作,培养专业技术人才,这是当下人才培养的新模式,符合人才培养的期待和社会的需求。对于电子技术应用专业而言,开展校企合作模式,势在必行。基于此,本文以“中职电子技术应用专业校企合作人才培养”为题目,分析了中职电子技术应用专业校企合作人才培训的原则:建立校企统一战线,明确校企共育方案;提出了中职电子技术应用专业校企合作人才培养的路径:转变人才培养模式、确立实践教学目标,构建校企实践教学体系、进行整体规划,加强就业指导教育:引导学生融入企业大家庭,实现学校教育教学与企业实践的无缝衔、增强学生核心竞争力。

Under the background of modern vocational education,schools and enterprises work together to cultivate professional and technical talents,which is a new mode of talent training and meets the expectations of talent training and the needs of society.For electronic technology application majors,it is imperative to carry out school-enterprise cooperation mode.Based on this,this paper analyzes the principles of school-enterprise cooperation talent training for middle-vocational electronic technology application with the title of"Training of School-Enterprise Cooperation Talents in Middle-level Electronic Technology Application Major"to establish a school-enterprise united front and clarify the school-enterprise co-education program.The path of school-enterprise cooperation talent training for the application of secondary vocational electronic technology is proposed to change the talent training mode,establish practical teaching goals,build a school-enterprise practical teaching system,carry out overall planning,and strengthen employment guidance education so as to guide students to integrate into the enterprise family,realize the seamless connection between school education and teaching and enterprise practice,and enhance students'core competitiveness.
