新能源汽车技术专业竞赛导向的“赛教融合”教学改革

职业能力竞赛是当今职业教育重要育人方式之一,但职业能力竞赛还存在学生参与面小,不能很好引导教学改革等与专业教学“不合”的问题;通过将新能源汽车技术专业赛项标准、内容等融入专业教学标准,将教学分为常规教学和分班强化教学,把它们纳入专业课程体系和教学计划,并进行课程资源、实践条件等建设,把竞赛作为重要的教学方式和手段,培养学生竞争意识等,解决当前赛教两张皮的问题,落实“赛教融合”,实现人才培养质量普遍提高。

Vocational competency competition is one of the important education methods of vocational education today.But there are still problems that students'participation is small,and teaching reform cannot be well guided,which is"incompatible"with professional teaching.By integrating the standards and contents of new energy vehicle technology professional competitions into professional teaching standards,the teaching is divided into regular teaching and divided into class reinforcement teaching.They are incorporated into the professional curriculum system and teaching plan,and the construction of curriculum resources and practical conditions is carried out,and the competition is regarded as an important teaching method and means to cultivate students'sense of competition,etc.,to solve the problem of the current two skins of competition and education,implement the"integration of competition and education",and achieve the general improvement of the quality of talent training.
