摘要 随着国内汽车行业及新能源汽车领域的快速崛起,产品变革周期缩短,汽车转向系统的研发周期被大幅度压缩。但随着国内主机厂发布的技术要求各项参数要求的日益严苛,甚至超过合资企业,使得转向系统设计开发面临压力。本文举例一种电动助力管柱,介绍基于Abaqus有限元仿真软件,通过对主要的技术性能要求(管柱溃缩、静态强度、调节机构强度和刚度、驱动单元强度及管柱的强度等)快速、准确地计算,数据结果证明该思路可以有效缩短转向管柱机械结构设计开发的周期,对于转向系统的设计开发周期而言,运用此方法可以整合出更多的资源进行系统匹配。 With the rapid rise of the domestic automobile industry and new energy vehicles,the product transformation cycle is shortened,and the R&D cycle of the automobile steering system is greatly compressed.However,with the increasingly stringent technical requirements and parameter requirements issued by domestic main engine manufacturers,even exceeding those of joint ventures,the design and development of steering system is under pressure.This paper gives an example of an electric power column,and introduces the finite element simulation software based on ABAQUS.Through the rapid and accurate calculation of the main technical performance requirements(column collapse,holding force,strength and stiffness of the regulating mechanism,strength of the driving unit and strength of the column,etc.),the data results show that this idea can effectively shorten the cycle of mechanical structure design and development of the steering column,Using this method,more resources can be integrated for system matching.
