摘要
纤维是涂装车间影响喷涂质量重要因素之一,也是汽车涂装行业共同的课题。2021年某主机厂交检率向85%冲刺,纤维毛缺陷率1.75%远超0.7%的目标。经过在主机厂连续追踪6个月的生产数据,通过数据比对的方法,对缺陷数据进行分析,统计比对等发现了许多固定的异常点,发现多条常规认知之外的规律,为缺陷率的攻关提供了新方法和新思路。通过传统控制与新方法相结合的方式,达到了预期效果。
Fiber is one of the important factors affecting the spraying quality in the painting workshop,and it is also a common topic in the automotive painting industry.In 2021,the inspection rate of an OEM sprinted to 85%,and the fiber gross defect rate of 1.75%far exceeded the target of 0.7%.After tracking the production data in the OEM for 6 months,through the method of data comparison,the defect data was analyzed,and many fi xed abnormal points were found in statistical comparison,and a number of laws outside conventional cognition were found,which provided new methods and new ideas for the research of defect rate.The desired results were achieved by combining traditional controls with new methods.
