摘要
某管柱电动助力转向中间轴节叉在扭转疲劳试验中发生开裂,通过节叉开裂的失效树逐一分析开裂原因,分析结果表明:节叉尺寸设计和螺栓拧紧力矩对节叉开裂具有较大影响作用。通过CAE模拟分析找出节叉应力薄弱点优化节叉尺寸。通过螺栓选型和节叉拔出力试验提升了螺栓防松性能并确定螺栓拧紧力矩的下极限。在节叉夹紧力和节叉强度中找到平衡点。通过两组耐久试验验证确定了节叉优化的有效性。
One column electric power steering shaft yoke cracked in torsional fatigue test,and the failure tree of yoke cracking was analyzed one by one.CAE simulation analysis is used to find out the weak point of yoke stress and optimize the yoke design.The bolt selection and yoke pull-out force test was used to improve the bolt loosening performance and determine the lower limit of bolt tightening torque.The balance between yoke clamping force and yoke strength is found.Finally,the effectiveness of the yoke optimization was verifi ed by two sets of fatigue test.
