摘要
为提高汽车产业制造效率和关键部件智能化检测水平,提出一种基于正负压差测量法的油冷器气密性测试方法。首先简要分析了油冷器气密性检测技术现状,其次讨论了对构建的细小气体泄漏模型,最后对油冷器气密性检测系统关键技术进行了设计,包括正负压差法实现路径、电气系统构成等。该方法可有效解决目前油冷器气密性测试设备检测流程繁琐、检测慢精度低等问题。
In order to improve the manufacturing efficiency of the automobile industry and the intelligent detection level of the key components,a new method for the air tightness test of the oil cooler based on the positive and negative pressure difference measurement method is proposed.First of all,the current situation of oil cooler air tightness detection technology is briefly analyzed,and then the small gas leakage model is discussed.Finally,the key technologies of oil cooler air tightness detection system are designed,including the implementation path of positive and negative pressure difference method,and the electrical system composition.This method can effectively solve the problems of cumbersome inspection process and low detection accuracy of the current oil cooler air tightness test equipment.
