基于多源证据融合的载货汽车起火原因分析鉴定

Identification of truck fire cause based on integrating multi-source evidence fusion

由于载货汽车火灾事故现场痕迹呈现出车内自燃、爆炸、放火等诸多特征,各种火灾可能性并存,因而火灾发生原因非常复杂。需要获取全面的痕迹物证,通过多源证据融合,依托多学科知识和技术支撑,才能准确认定起火原因。本文以一起真实的货车火灾事故为例,利用火灾痕迹物证,通过多源证据综合分析认定了车辆起火原因。科学、客观、公正的鉴定结论对于维护当事方的合法权益,保证经济活动的正常秩序具有重大意义。

Due to the characteristics of spontaneous combustion,explosion,arson and so on in the truck fire accident scene,various fire possibilities coexist,so the causes of fire are very complex.It is necessary to obtain comprehensive trace evidence,through multi-source evidence fusion,relying on multidisciplinary knowledge and technical support,in order to accurately identify the cause of the fire.Real truck fire accident is taken as an example in this paper,and vehicle fire cause has been identified through comprehensive analysis of multi-source evidence based on fire trace material evidence.Scientific,objective and impartial identification conclusions are of great signifi cance for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the parties concerned and ensuring the normal order of economic activities.
