避免辊缝偏差大引起堆钢的智能控制方法

摘要 精轧机组F7出口仪表检测区环境恶劣,氧化铁皮掉落到厚度检测仪表窗口上,遮挡射线接收造成测量值失真,影响厚度检测及模型设定,极易产生非计划品及堆钢或断辊事故。从4个方面研究解决:(1)从源头控制;(2)如何作好预防;(3)应急处置程序;(4)避免事故扩大化。在解决过程中开发了一种防护装置;并通过使用测厚仪、板形多功能仪、智能识别程序等组成的在线测量,智能识别及应急处置的智能连锁应急处置系统,完全能够杜绝上述事故的发生。并且该过程无需人工判断及操作,避免应急条件下操作工响应时间长及操作失误等不利因素,降低了故障概率,提高了机组运行效率。 The environment of F7 Exit Instrument Test area of finishing mill is bad,the scale of oxide falls on the window of gauge test instrument,shielding ray reception and causing distortion of measurement value,which affects gauge test and model setting,it is easy to produce unplanned products and pile steel or roll failure accidents.Research solutions in four areas:(1)Control at source;(2)How to prevent it;(3)Emergency Procedures;(4)Avoid accident aggravation.In the process of solving the problem,a kind of protective device is developed,and through the on-line measurement,intelligent identification and emergency disposal system,which is composed of thickness gauge,shape multifunction instrument and intelligent identification program,the intelligent chain emergency disposal system is developed,can completely prevent the occurrence of the accident.And the process does not need manual judgment and operation,avoid the adverse factors such as long response time and operation error,reduce the probability of failure,improve the efficiency of the unit.
