凿井井架的加工选型与起立技术

摘要 凿井井架属于大型的钢材质构筑物,是安装、固定凿井设备进行矿井开凿的必要设施。本文主要对凿井井架的加工选型与起立技术进行了研究和探讨。研究过程中分析了井架制造工艺,包括部件的加工准备过程、制作工序等内容;分析了大型凿井井架组装起立的相关工艺过程,包括井架组装、抱杆组装起立等技术。研究认为,井架在加工与起立过程中,充分利用了三角函数、CAD制图设计等知识理论,有效提高了井架加工过程中的下料及组装精度,提升了井架的安全系数。合理的井架加工工艺可以在保证井架安全稳定性的基础上,尽可能地缩短加工周期,最大程度地节约成本。从而实现了凿井井架从加工选型,到制作组装,再到起立的安全、高效,具有广阔的应用前景。 The shaft sinking derrick is a large steel structure,which is a necessary facility for installing and fixing the shaft sinking equipment for mine excavation.This paper mainly studies and discusses the processing,selection and erection technology of the sinking derrick.During the research,the derrick manufacturing process was analyzed,including the processing preparation process and manufacturing process of components;The relevant technological process of assembling and erecting large sinking derrick is analyzed.Including derrick assembly,derrick assembly and erection.The research shows that the knowledge and theory of trigonometric function and CAD drawing design are fully utilized in the process of derrick processing and lifting,which effectively improves the blanking and assembly accuracy in the process of derrick processing,and improves the safety factor of derrick.Reasonable derrick processing technology can shorten the processing cycle as much as possible and save costs as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the safety and stability of the derrick.Thus,the safety and efficiency of the sinking derrick from processing and selection,to production and assembly,and then to erection are realized,which has broad application prospects.
