技术转移是需求端从供给端获得技术支撑、提升科技水平、提高生产能力最有效的方式之一,是园区企业推进技术进步、增强研发能力,提升竞争力的重要手段。技术转移作为全球性的难题,如何提高技术转移成果转化效率,打通“技术转移最后一公里”,是广大科技工作者一直以来在积极探索并寻求解决方案的方向。本文探讨了一种以党建与业务相融合的模式推动技术转移工作的方法,以党员引领、党员带头、党支部共建等形式共同推动技术转移工作的开展。

Technology transfer is one of the most effective ways for the demand side to obtain technical support from the supply side,improve the level of science and technology,and improve production capacity.It is also an important means for enterprises in the park to promote technological progress,enhance research and development ability,and enhance competitiveness.Technology transfer is a global problem.How to improve the efficiency of technology transfer achievements and get through the"last kilometer of technology transfer"is the direction that the majority of scientists have been actively exploring and seeking solutions.This paper discusses a method to promote technology transfer by combining party construction and business,and jointly promote technology transfer by Party members leading,Party members leading and Party branches co-building.
