随着新时代海关国门安全维护职能的全面升华,海关后续监管的内涵和外延不断扩展,用稽查手段来完善检验检疫后续监管应用内容,从而实现涉检领域稽查常态化,是完善新海关后续监管发展格局的必经之路。本文从涉检领域稽查实际面临的痛点和难点做逐一分析,并对相应问题提出思考和建议。

With the comprehensive sublimation of the security maintenance function of the customs in the new era,the connotation and extension of the follow-up supervision of the customs continue to expand.Using inspection means to improve the application content of the follow-up supervision of inspection and quarantine,so as to realize the normalization of inspection in the inspection field,is the only way to improve the development pattern of the follow-up supervision of the new customs.This paper analyzes the pain points and difficulties faced by the inspection in the field of inspection,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the corresponding problems.
