人工流产术前12h口服米非司酮对患者扩张宫颈的应用效果

Application Effect of Oral Mifepristone 12 h Before Artificial Abortion on Cervical Dilatation of Patients

目的:探讨人工流产术前12 h口服米非司酮对早孕患者扩张宫颈的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1—8月广东同江医院收治的早孕者100例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。观察组人工流产术前12 h给予米非司酮干预,对照组给予常规干预,比较两组患者人工流产手术时间及宫颈扩张效果、干预措施认可度。结果:观察组患者人工流产手术时间、不需要扩张宫颈率、顺利扩张宫颈率优于对照组,不顺利扩张宫颈率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预措施认可度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在早孕者的人工流产干预中,术前12 h口服米非司酮可有效缩短人工流产手术时间,宫颈扩张效果良好,可以促进早孕者对医护工作的认可度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of oral mifepristone 12 h before artificial abortion on cervical dilatation of early pregnancy patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with early pregnancy admitted to Guangdong Tongjiang Hospital from January to August 2022 were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given mifepristone intervention 12 h before artificial abortion and the control group was given routine intervention.The duration of artificial abortion operation,the effect of cervical dilation,and the recognition of intervention measures were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of artificial abortion operation,the rate of requiring no cervical dilation,and the rate of smooth cervical dilation in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the rate of requiring no cervical dilation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recognition of intervention measures in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In artificial abortion intervention of early pregnancy patients,taking mifepristone orally 12 h before abortion can effectively shorten the artificial abortion operation time,achieve good cervical dilatation effect,and promote the recognition of medical care by early pregnant women.
