三维立体扫描支具在青少年特发性脊柱侧弯治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Three-Dimensional Scanning Brace in Treatment of Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis

目的:探讨三维立体扫描支具在青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年1月东莞市第八人民医院收治的AIS患者60例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予传统支具治疗,观察组给予三维立体扫描支具治疗,比较两组患者生活质量及恢复情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者胸椎后凸角(TK)、腰椎前凸角(LL)、矢状垂直偏距(SVA)参数均好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但治疗后两组患者ТK、LL、SVA参数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组疼痛情况、心理健康、自我形象、治疗满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:三维立体扫描支具与传统支具治疗均能获得满意的脊柱侧弯改善效果,但前者在纠正躯体功能与提高生活质量方面优势更加明显。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of three-dimensional scanning brace in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS).Methods:A total of 60 patients with AIS admitted to Dongguan Eighth People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional brace treatment,and the observation group was given three-dimensional scanning brace treatment.The quality of life and recovery of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the parameters of thoracic kyphosis(TK),lumbar lordosis(LL)and sagittal vertical axis(SVA)were improved in both groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,after treatment,there was no significant difference in the parameters ofТK,LL,and SVA between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.001).The pain status,mental health,self-image,and treatment satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Both three-dimensional scanning brace and traditional brace treatments can improve scoliosis,but the former has more obvious advantages in correcting physical function and improving quality of life.
