社区康复治疗对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者缓解期的临床价值研究

Study on Clinical Value of Community Rehabilitation Therapy in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at Remission Stage

目的:探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者缓解期应用社区康复治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2022年4—10月上海市嘉定区南翔社区卫生服务中心中医康复科收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者80例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合社区康复治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、肺功能指标、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预后,两组患者第1 s用力呼气量、呼气高峰流量、用力呼出50%肺活量时的瞬间呼气流量、1 s率水平均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者缓解期应用社区康复治疗可以提高患者治疗效果,改善患者肺功能,有利于提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of community rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at remission stage.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation,Jiading District Nanxiang Community Health Service Center from April to October 2022 were selected as the observation subjects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment.The observation group received community rehabilitation therapy on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect,pulmonary function indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After intervention,forced expiratory volume in 1 s,peak expiratory flow,instantaneous forced expiratory flow at 50%of forced vital capacity exhaled and forced expiratory volume in 1 s/forced vital capacity in the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status in the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at remission stage can elevate the therapeutic effect of patients,improve the lung function of patients,and is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
