Application Value of Humanized Nursing in Health Examination Nursing

目的:分析人性化护理在健康体检护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年11月-2022年10月深圳市人民医院体检部接受健康体检的人员1764例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各882例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予人性化护理干预。比较两组体检人员等待检查时间、护理质量、护理满意度。结果:观察组血常规、尿常规、心电图等待检查时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组环境护理、护患沟通、体检指导、心理护理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:对健康体检者实施人性化护理可以显著提高护理质量,减少体检者检测等待时间,提升护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application value of humanized nursing in health examination nursing.Methods:A total of 1764 individuals who underwent health examinations at the Physical Examination Department of Shenzhen People's Hospital from November 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the observation subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 882 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention.The observation group received humanized nursing intervention.The waiting time,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The waiting time of blood routine test,urine routine test and electrocardiogram in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The scores of environmental nursing,nurse-patient communication,physical examination guidance and psychological nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Humanized nursing for healthy examination subjects can significantly improve the nursing quality,reduce the waiting time,and elevate the nursing satisfaction..
