Objective:To explore the clinical effect of systematic nursing in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods:Seventy patients with chronic suppurative otitis media who received surgical treatment in Qingdao Chengyang District People's Hospital from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the observation subjects. They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received systematic nursing. The treatment time, incidence of complications and inflammatory factor level in two groups were compared. Results:The hearing improvement time and the disappearance time of otitis media effusion in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-10 in two groups were decreased, the study group was lower than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The systematic nursing in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media can promote the recovery of disease conditions, reduce the incidence of complications, and accelerate the regression of inflammatory reaction.
