血清ProGRP、NSE、TSGF及VEGF-C对非小细胞肺癌的诊断价值分析

Analysis of Diagnostic Value of Serum ProGRP,NSE,TSGF and VEGF-C in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨血清胃泌素释放肽前体(ProGRP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)及血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)对非小细胞肺癌的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2022年1月宁津县人民医院收治的经病理诊断确诊为非小细胞肺癌患者160例为观察组,另选取同期行胸部CT检查或病理诊断为肺部良性疾病患者100例为对照组。收集两组患者一般临床资料及血液学指标进行对比分析,多因素logistic回归明确非小细胞肺癌发生的危险因素,通过受试者工作曲线分析血液学指标对非小细胞肺癌的诊断价值。结果:回归分析显示吸烟、呼吸系统疾病史、家族肿瘤史、ProGRP、NSE、TSGF及VEGF-C是非小细胞肺癌发生的危险因素(P<0.05);血液学指标诊断非小细胞肺癌的曲线下面积分别为ProGRP=0.914,NSE=0.893,TSGF=0.885,VEGF-C=0.833;最佳截断值分别为ProGRP=64.27 pg/mL,NSE=14.78 ng/mL,TSGF=604.55 U/mL,VEGF-C=28.75 ng/L。结论:非小细胞肺癌患者ProGRP、NSE、TSGF及VEGF-C水平均有不同程度的表达升高,对其具有一定的诊断价值,在实际临床中可结合相关影像学资料进行综合判断。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of serum progastrin-releasing peptide(ProGRP),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),tumor-specific growth factor(TSGF)and vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C)in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:A total of 160 patients with non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by pathological diagnosis who were admitted to Ningjin County People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 100 patients with lung benign diseases by chest CT examination or pathological diagnosis during the same period were selected as the control group.The general clinical data and hematological indicators of patients in the two groups were collected for comparative analysis.Multivariate logistic regression was used to identify the risk factors of the occurrence of non-small cell lung cancer.The diagnosis value of hematological indicators for non-small cell lung cancer was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve.Results:Regression analysis showed that smoking,history of respiratory system diseases,family history of tumor,ProGRP,NSE,TSGF and VEGF-C were the risk factors of the occurrence of non-small cell lung cancer(P<0.05).The areas under the curve of the hematological indicators for the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer were ProGRP=0.914,NSE=0.893,TSGF=0.885,VEGF-C=0.833;the best cut-off values were ProGRP=64.27 pg/mL,NSE=14.78 ng/mL,TSGF=604.55 U/mL,VEGF-C=28.75 ng/L.Conclusion:The expression levels of ProGRP,NSE,TSGF and VEGF-C in patients with non-small cell lung cancer increase to different degrees,and they have certain diagnostic value,which can be combined with relevant imaging data in actual clinical practice for comprehensive judgement.
