帕金森患者血浆脂蛋白磷脂酶A2水平与认知功能障碍的相关性研究

Correlation Between Plasma Lipoprotein Phospholipase A2 Levels and Cognitive Dysfunction in Parkinson's Disease Patients

目的:分析帕金森患者血浆脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平与认知功能障碍的相关性。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年4月广东同江医院收治的帕金森患者100例为观察组,另选取同期体检结果无异常的人群100例为对照组。检测观察组与对照组的Lp-PLA2值,分析帕金森病患者Lp-PLA2水平与认知功能障碍的相关性,性别与Lp-PLA2水平、MMSE评分的关系;比较Lp-PLA2水平,尿酸、血脂水平。结果:帕金森患者Lp-PLA2水平与认知功能障碍呈正相关(P<0.05);观察组Lp-PLA2水平高于对照组,简易智能评估量表(MMSE)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);帕金森病轻度认知功能障碍者Lp-PLA2水平低于帕金森病痴呆者,MMSE评分高于帕金森病痴呆者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组尿酸水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:帕金森患者Lp-PLA2水平与认知功能障碍呈正相关,在帕金森患者认知功能障碍评估与预测中可将Lp-PLA2作为独立影响因子。

Objective:To analyze the correlation between plasma lipoprotein phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)level and cognitive dysfunction in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods:From January 2021 to April 2022,100 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to Guangdong Tongjiang Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 100 cases with no abnormal physical examination results during the same period were selected as the control group.The Lp-PLA2 value in the observation group and the control group were detected,and the correlation between Lp-PLA2 level and cognitive dysfunction,between gender and Lp-PLA2 level and MMSE score in patients with Parkinson's disease were analyzed.Lp-PLA2 level,uric acid and lipid levels were compared.Results:The level of Lp-PLA2 in Parkinson's disease patients was positively correlated with cognitive dysfunction(P<0.05).The Lp-PLA2 level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The level of Lp-PLA2 in Parkinson's disease patients with mild cognitive impairment was lower than that in Parkinson's disease patients with dementia,and the MMSE score in Parkinson's disease patients with mild cognitive impairment was higher than that in Parkinson's disease patients with dementia,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The uric acid level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The level of Lp-PLA2 in Parkinson's disease patients is positively correlated with cognitive dysfunction,and Lp-PLA2 can be used as an independent influencing factor in the assessment and prediction of cognitive dysfunction in Parkinson's disease patients.
