CT Clinical Analysis of Nasal Septal Deviation

目的:分析鼻中隔偏曲CT临床情况,探讨鼻中隔偏曲发病率及与鼻窦炎等疾病的关系。方法:选取自2017年1月-2021年1月患者来院行CT鼻窦检查患者100例为观察对象。测量分析鼻中隔图像情况,确定偏曲程度(轻度、中度及重度偏曲)并与临床资料情况对照分析。结果:100例患者鼻中隔正常12例,偏曲88例;左侧偏曲49例,右侧偏曲39例;Ⅰ度(轻度偏曲)22例,Ⅱ度(中度偏曲)37例,Ⅲ度(重度偏曲)29例;中位及前中段偏曲占多数,横向及C型偏曲为主;临床以鼻窦炎鼻息肉最多,占69.3%;以鼻中膈偏曲发病率高,占比为88%;中重度比例较大,占75%。结论:鼻中隔偏曲与鼻窦炎有一定因果关系,中位及中段偏曲易发生鼻窦炎,高位后段偏曲和硬骨增厚也是引起鼻窦炎的一个不可忽视的因素。

Objective:To analyze the CT clinical situation of nasal septal deviation,and explore the incidence of nasal septal deviation and its relationship with sinusitis and other diseases.Methods:A total of 100 patients who came to the hospital for CT sinus examination from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected as observation objects.Images of nasal septum were measured and analyzed to determine the severity of deviation(mild,moderate,and severe)and compared with clinical data.Results:Among 100 patients,12 patients had normal nasal septum and 88 cases had a deviation.There were 49 cases of left deviation and 39 cases of right deviation;22 cases of gradeⅠ(mild deviation),37 cases of gradeⅡ(moderate deviation),and 29 cases of gradeⅢ(severe deviation);The deviations were predominant in middle-level and anterior middle segments,mainly transverse and C-type deviations.Clinical manifestations were mainly sinusitis and nasal polyps,accounting for 69.3%;The incidence of nasal septal deviation was high,accounting for 88%;The proportion of moderate to severe deviation was high,accounting for 75%.Conclusion:There is a certain causal relationship between nasal septal deviation and sinusitis,the middle-level and middle-segment deviations are prone to cause sinusitis,high-level posterior-segment deviation and hard bone thickening are also non-negligible factor for causing sinusitis.
