Magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound surgery(MRgFUS)is a new treatment means,which meets the treatment needs of women of childbearing age and has become the focus of obstetricians and gynecologists in the field of uterine fibroids treatment.This study introduces the technology and principle of MRgFUS,the clinical application in the treatment of uterine fibroids,the pregnancy after treatment,and the limitations of treatment.MRgFUS has achieved good clinical results in the treatment of uterine fibroids,and with the continuous update of technology,it will be more widely used in clinical practice.
