摘要
本文针对液压缸泄漏诊断方法存在的不足,提出了一种基于小波分析的实时在线监测起重机伸缩液压缸泄漏故障检测方法,通过提取并对泄漏故障特征信号进行小波变换分析和试验台试验验证,可实现对液压缸隐蔽泄漏故障的检测及泄漏程度的鉴别,为起重机伸缩液压缸的泄漏故障分析提供了一种新的有效且快速的检测方法。
In view of the shortcomings of the current leakage diagnosis methods of crane hydraulic cylinders,this paper proposes a fault diagnosis method for on-line monitoring hydraulic cylinder leakage based on wavelet analysis.Extract the fault characteristics of hydraulic cylinder leakage,then analyze the fault pressure signal by wavelet,and then carry out bench test verification,which can identify the leakage fault in the hydraulic cylinder and diagnose the degree of leakage.This method provides a new accurate and rapid diagnostic method for the leakage fault analysis of crane hydraulic cylinders.
