摘要
本文比较了集输管道现有内检测方法的优缺点,介绍了管道漏磁检测设备的检测原理及基本结构。针对集输管道难以检测的问题,通过分析集输管道特点对漏磁检测设备进行适应性改造,并应用于实际工程。通过对检测数据的判读、检测结果的分析以及现场开挖验证效果,说明了漏磁内检测技术在集输管道检测中应用效果良好,实用可靠,为其在集输管道领域的推广应用提供借鉴。
This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of the existing internal detection methods in gathering and transportation pipelines,and introduces the detection principle and basic structure of the pipeline magnetic flux leakage detection equipment.Aiming at the problem of difficult detection of gathering and transportation pipelines,the magnetic flux leakage detection equipment is adapted by analyzing the characteristics of gathering and transportation pipelines,and applied to practical projects.Through the interpretation of the detection data,the analysis of the detection results and the verification effect of on-site excavation,it is shown that the magnetic flux leakage internal detection technology has a good effect in the detection of gathering and transmission pipelines,is practical and reliable,and provides a reference for its popularization and application in the field of gathering and transportation pipelines.
