某输油场站完整性评价研究应用

摘要 本文介绍了某输油场站应用完整性管理的过程,分别采用基于风险的检验(RBI)和以可靠性为中心的维护(RCM)对其静设备和动设备开展研究与评估,识别场站内设备的安全隐患,有针对性地提出降低风险的措施,给出基于风险和可靠性优化后的检验维修策略。同时整理收集并完善场站内设备有关资料数据,为场站内静设备和动设备的全生命周期管理提供数据支持和建议,从而实现对场站设备的科学管理。 This paper introduces the integrity management process of an oil storage transportation station.The static equipment and dynamic equipment were studied and evaluated by risk-based inspection(RBI)and reliability-centered maintenance(RCM)respectively.The potential safety hazards of equipment in the station were identified,targeted measures to reduce the risk were put forward,and the inspection and maintenance strategy based on risk and reliability optimization were given.The data of equipment were collected and collated.The research provides data support and suggestions for the whole life cycle management of static equipment and dynamic equipment in the station,so as to realize scientific management.
