瑞丽市混板、勐嘎、芒令等5个地方台湾蜜枣的品质分析

Quality Analysis of Taiwan Honey jujube Cultivars in Hunban,Mengga,Suoyang,Henong and Mangling village of Ruili City

【目的】为了科学评价瑞丽市混板、勐嘎、芒令等5个地方台湾蜜枣的品质表现。【方法】以瑞丽市混板、勐嘎、芒令等5个地方的台湾蜜枣为试验材料,依据水果品质测定标准检测这5个地方台湾蜜枣,并通过方差分析、相关性分析、主成分分析对比这5个地方台湾蜜枣的综合品质。【结果】瑞丽市混板、勐嘎、芒令等5个地方的台湾蜜枣果实品质存在显著差异,混板的台湾蜜枣中可溶性糖含量和维生素C含量均最高,分别为11%、91.7854 mg/100 g。贺弄的台湾蜜枣可溶性糖含量和维生素C含量均最低,分别为9.2%、74.8921 mg/100 g。【结论】对瑞丽市这5个地方台湾蜜枣品质进行综合评价,综合品质从优到劣为:混板>索阳>勐嘎>芒令>贺弄。最适合栽植台湾蜜枣的地方是混板,其次是索阳、勐嘎,建议芒令和贺弄种植台湾蜜枣的农户加强田间管理,改良栽培技术。

【Objective】The research aimed to scientifically evaluate the quality performance of Taiwan honey jujube in places such as Hunban,Mengga and Mangling in Ruili City.【Methods】Taking Taiwan jujube in Ruili City,Mengga,Mangling and other five places as test materials,the five local Taiwan jujube were detected according to the fruit quality determination standard,and the comprehensive quality of the five local Taiwan jujube was compared by variance analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis.【Results】There were significant differences in the fruit quality of Taiwan honey jujube in five places such asHunban Mengga and Mangling in Ruili City.The soluble sugar content and vitamin C content of Taiwan honey jujube in Huban were the highest,which were 11%and 91.7854 mg/100 g,respectively.The soluble sugar content and vitamin C content of Taiwan jujube in Henong were the lowest,9.2%and 74.8921 mg/100 g,respectively.【Conclusion】The comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Taiwan jujube in the five places of Ruili City was carried out.The comprehensive quality from good to bad was:Hunban>Suoyang>Mengga>Mangling>Henong.The most suitable place for planting Taiwan honey jujube is Huban,followed by Suoyang and Mengga.It is suggested that the growers in Mangling and Henong should improve management and cultivation techniques.
