摘要
为了提高分布式储能系统的运行效率和电力系统稳定性,文章提出了一种基于灵敏度分析的分布式储能系统调度策略。根据快速分解法的潮流迭代方程推导出储能母线相角和系统母线相角、储能母线电压和系统母线电压之间的灵敏度矩阵;在考虑储能电池过充和过放的基础上修正灵敏度系数,对灵敏度系数进行排序得到最优调度方案;应用PSASP电力系统仿真软件搭建储能系统应用算例,采用频率平波率、电压平波率量化调控效果,仿真结果表明利用灵敏度分析所得调度方案的频率平波率、电压平波率均大于对比方案,验证了基于灵敏度分析得到的调度方案的最优。
In order to improve the operation efficiency and power system stability of distributed energy storage system,this paper proposes a scheduling strategy of distributed energy storage system based on sensitivity analysis.Firstly,the sensitivity matrix between the energy storage bus phase angle and the system bus phase angle,the energy storage bus voltage and the system bus voltage is derived according to the power flow iteration equation of the fast decomposition method.Secondly,the sensitivity coefficient is modified based on the consideration of the overcharge and over-discharge of the energy storage battery,and the sensitivity coefficient is sequenced to get the optimal scheduling scheme.Finally,the PSASP power system simulation software is adopted to build an application example of energy storage system,and the regulation effect is quantified by frequency smoothing rate and voltage smoothing rate.The simulation results show that the frequency smoothing rate and voltage smoothing rate of the scheduling scheme based on sensitivity analysis are higher than those of the comparison scheme,and the optimal scheduling scheme based on sensitivity analysis is verified.
