从变电站标准化体系建设的发展历程出发,以精益化建设变电站标准化体系为切入点,提出工作标准、管理标准方面的精益化措施,服务于技术标准并应用于实践中,解决了变电站安全生产管理中的粗放、随意性管理模式的问题,为探索变电站标准化生产管理模式提供参考。

Starting from the development process of substation standardization system construction,taking the lean construction of substation standardization system as the entry point,the lean measures in terms of work standards and management standards are put forward,which is ultimately considered to serve technical standards and applied in practice,and thus solving the extensive and arbitrary management mode in substation safety production management,and offering reference for exploring substation standardized production management mode.
