摘要
采用物料平衡算法,测算除尘器进灰量和放灰量得到大灰斗存灰量;依托常规传感器等监测数据,实现大灰斗灰量实时监控。对物料衡算大灰斗灰量数据误差进行分析并提出了误差控制方法;建立灰斗料位预警、转运车辆配置、特殊应急场景线性规划模型并求解。研究结果表明,基于物料平衡算法和复合线性规划的大灰斗安全运行策略有效可行。
Using the material balance algorithm,the ash storage capacity of the large ash hopper is calculated by calculating the ash input and discharge capacity of dust collector.Relying on monitoring data such as conventional sensors,real-time monitoring of ash content in large ash hoppers can be achieved.Analysis is carried out on the error of the ash volume data of material of large ash hopper,and error control methods are proposed.Linear programming models for ash hopper level warning,transfer vehicle configuration,and special emergency scenarios are established and solved.The research results show that the safe operation strategy for large ash hopper based on material balance algorithm and compound linear programming is effective and feasible.
