结合大唐集团公司安全生产“十四五”规划和某下级公司目前正在开展的智慧电厂建设,在深入分析国内火力发电厂数字化应急管理体系建设的基础上,提出构建数字化应急管理系统,推进公司应急指挥中心建设,提升应急管理能力。

In combination with the"14th Five Year Plan"of safety production of Datang Group and the construction of a smart power plant currently being carried out by a subordinate company,based upon in-depth analysis on the construction of the digital emergency management system for domestic thermal power plants,it is proposed to build a digital emergency management system,promote the construction of the company's emergency command center,and improve its emergency management capabilities.
