青光眼是一类严重危害人类健康的疾病,医学界一直在探索治疗青光眼新方法,其中微创青光眼手术(MIGS)联合植入引流装置的治疗方式和传统小梁切除术相比更为安全有效,并发症较少。根据MIGS类手术治疗方法和实现途径的不同,在科学界的不断努力下,发明出多种不同的微创手术引流装置,保障了青光眼手术的治疗效果。本文就近年MIGS手术使用的多种流行的和先进的引流装置进行综述。

Glaucoma is a serious disease that harms human health.The medical community has been exploring new treatment methods for glaucoma,among which minimally invasive glaucoma surgery(MIGS)combined with implanted drainage device is safer and more effective than traditional trabeculectomy,and with fewer complications.With the continuous efforts of the scientific community,according to the different treatment methods and realization approaches of MIGS surgery,a variety of different minimally invasive surgical drainage devices have been invented to ensure the therapeutic effect of glaucoma surgery.In this article,we briefly review several popular and advanced drainage devices used in MIGS surgery in recent years.
