本科院校旅游类专业通识教育改革研究

Research on General Education Reform of Applied Undergraduate Tourism Major

新时代发展背景下,随着旅游产业的迭代升级,旅游行业人才需求不断提高,作为旅游人才供给端的应用型本科高校,在人才培养过程中不断进行相关探索与改革。通识教育在本科旅游类专业人才培养中占有重要位置。文章基于文旅融合视角,根据多所本科院校旅游类专业的人才培养方案以及教学实际情况,分析了本科旅游类专业通识教育现状,探讨了通识教育的理念定位、课程结构以及师资力量等方面存在的问题,并进一步提出了通识教育体系的构建方式,以期能促进旅游类专业大学生的全面发展,为旅游产业发展持续输送高素质文旅人才。

Under this new era,with the iterative upgrading of tourism industry,the demand for talents in tourism industry has been increasing.As the supply side of tourism talents,applied undergraduate colleges and universities have been making relevant exploration and innovation in students cultivation.Depending on the comprehensive vision of“cultural and tourism integration”,“new liberal arts concept”and“modern industrial college”,and according to the training programs of tourism majors in several applied undergraduate colleges and universities and the actual teaching situation,this paper analyzes the current situation of general education of tourism majors in applied undergraduate colleges and universities,which found that there exist some problems in the conceptual orientation,curriculum structures and faculty construction.We put forwards the way to construct the general education system in order to promote the overall-development of tourism students and provide high-quality talents for tourism industry.
