食品用可降解塑料制品风险分析

Risk Analysis of Biodegradable Plastic Products for Food Use

通过对现阶段市场上食品用可降解塑料制品产品中总迁移量、高锰酸钾消耗量、塑化剂含量(邻苯二甲酸二(α-乙基己酯)(DEHP)、1,4-苯二羧酸双(2-乙基己基)酯(DOTP))项目的测试,对产品质量进行风险分析,发现食品用可降解塑料制品产品中存在总迁移量、高锰酸钾消耗量、塑化剂-邻苯二甲酸二(α-乙基己酯)(DEHP)不符合标准要求的情况。此次结果发现食品用可降解塑料制品作为新兴产品,卫生、安全要求存在一定的风险,需加强对食品用可降解塑料制品产品的关注。

Through testing the total migration,potassium permanganate consumption and plasticizer content(di(α-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP),1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid bis(2-ethylhexyl)ester(DOTP))in biodegradable plastic products for food on the market at present,the risk analysis of product quality was carried out,and it was found that the total migration,potassium permanganate consumption,plasticizerdi(α-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)and 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid bis(2-ethylhexyl)ester(DOTP)did not meet the requirements of the standard in biodegradable plastic products for food.The results found that biodegradable plastic products for food,as new products,have certain risks in terms of hygiene and safety requirements,and the attention to biodegradable plastic products for food needs to be strengthened.
