基于有限元分析的农产品包装研究

摘要 基于有限元分析利用数学近似方法模拟农产品包装纸箱实际应用中真实物理系统,借助有限元分析模拟优化农产品包装纸箱力学性能,有效缩短包装设计周期,降低包装材料消耗或成本,节省人力、物力,为实际应用提供依据。基于有限元分析的仿真模型对指导实际农产品包装纸箱优化具有重要意义。 Based on the finite element analysis,the mathematical approximation method is used to simulate the real physical system of agricultural product packaging carton in practical application,and the mechanical properties of agricultural product packaging carton are simulated and optimized with the help of finite element analysis,which can effectively shorten the packaging design cycle,reduce the consumption or cost of packaging materials,save human and material resources,and provide a basis for practical application.The simulation model based on finite element analysis is of great significance to guide the optimization of actual agricultural product packaging carton.
