摘要 高素质专业化创新型教师队伍是推进教育高质量发展的重要支撑和保障。研究根据29个省(市、区)规划文本中教师队伍建设板块内容进行质性分析,聚焦“十四五”时期各省市教师队伍建设政策特征、政策走向和发展重点,提出可供借鉴的共识,为建设一支政治素质过硬、业务能力精湛和育人水平高超的高素质教师队伍提供相关建议。 It is sure that high-quality professional and innovative faculty is the important support and guarantee to promote the high-quality development of education.The study tries to conduct a qualitative analysis based on the content of teacher team building in the planning texts of 29 provinces(cities and districts).Similarly,it focuses on the policy characteristics,policy trends and development priorities of teacher team building in each province and city during the“14th five-year plan”period.It is important to present consensus for reference and provide relevant suggestions for building a high-quality teacher team with excellent political quality,professional ability and high education level.
