“双高”背景下湖北省高职院校中外合作办学运行机制研究

Research on Operation Mechanism of Vocational Colleges Sino-Foreign Cooperation in Hubei Province under the Background of“Double High”

《关于深化现代职业教育体系建设改革的意见》指出,立足新发展格局,在国内国际两个场域谋划部署职业教育发展,建立健全职业教育国际合作机制。现阶段,湖北省高职院校在国际化过程中,存在培养目标不明确和培养途径单一等问题。针对如上问题,各高职院校须建立一套完善的运行机制。确立明确的培养目标,开展校际与校企合作,建设国际化课程体系,还要建立完备的人才培养质量评价体系,需要机构支持、资源支持和环境支持,以期使湖北省高职教育从“单向引进借鉴”走向“双向共建共享”,逐步形成具有中国特色的职业教育国际化发展模式。

The Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Modern Vocational Education System pointed out that based on the new development pattern,the development of vocational education should promote the international cooperation mechanism of vocational education.Right now,there exist some problems such as unclear cultivation aims and unitary cultivation methods.Given the above problems,colleges should establish a set of adequate system.It is necessary to establish clear cultivation aims and carry out inter-colleges and college-enterprise cooperation.Similarly,it is essential to build an international curriculum system and quality evaluation system.In addition,it is important to get institutional support,resource support and environmental support.The purpose is to make Hubei higher vocational education move from“one-way introduction and reference”to“two-way co-construction and sharing”.
