Investigation of Mental Health Status of Medical Staff during COVID-19 Epidemic

目的:调查分析新冠疫情期间医务人员心理健康状况及影响因素。方法:通过“问卷星”软件线上发放调查问卷,调查内容包括一般资料,广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)、患者健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)和斯坦福急性应激反应问卷(SASRQ)。结果:最终回收问卷2263份,412名医务人员(18.20%)存在焦虑情绪,457名(20.19%)存在抑郁情绪,371名(16.39%)存在急性应激障碍(acute stress disorders,ASD)。一线医务人员的焦虑、抑郁、SASRQ总分以及分离症状,再体验症状,回避症状,激惹症状及功能损害症状得分均明显高于正常上班及管控在家人员(P<0.001)。ASD医务人员中,258名(69.54%)存在焦虑情绪,276名(74.39%)存在中度抑郁,203名(54.72%)存在重度抑郁症状。回归分析发现男性、焦虑、抑郁均是医务人员发生ASD的影响及预测因素。结论:新冠疫情期间,医务人员出现抑郁、焦虑和应激障碍的比例较高,关心关爱医务人员尤为重要。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the mental health status and influencing factors of medical staff during COVID-19 epidemic.Methods:It chooses a professional platform what is named“Wenjuanxing”for data collection questionnaire survey,including general information,generalized anxiety disorder-7(GAD-7),patient health questionnaire(PHQ-9)and Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire(SASRQ).Results:2,263 questionnaires were collected,and 412medical staff(18.20%)had anxiety,457(20.19%)had depression,and 371(16.39%)had ASD(acute stress disorders).The scores of anxiety and depression,SASRQ,separation symptoms,reexperience symptoms,avoidance symptoms,irritation symptoms and functional impairment symptoms of anti epidemic medical staff were significantly higher than those of normal working staff and those who were under control at home(P<0.001).Among the ASD medical staff,258(69.54%)had anxiety,276(74.39%)had moderate depression,and 203(54.72%)had severe depressive symptoms.Regression analysis showed that male,anxiety and depression were the influencing and predictive factors of ASD in medical staff.Conclusion:The proportion of medical staff with depression,anxiety and stress-related disorders is high during the COVID-19 outbreak.It is particularly important to care for medical staff.
