摘要
目的探讨老年人移动健康教育使用行为的影响因素,为丰富和提升老年人健康教育方法及效果提供参考。方法基于整合性技术接受和使用理论(UTAUT)构建老年移动健康教育使用行为的影响因素模型,对浙江、江苏两省的480位老年人进行问卷调查。结果83.2%的老年人拥有至少1种移动智能终端,经常使用移动终端接受健康教育的老年人仅占11.7%;老年人接受移动健康教育意愿与行为的影响因素包括年龄、文化程度、职业、健康状况及移动智能终端的拥有情况和偏爱情况;按总效应值排序为:个体创新(0.649)、使用意愿(0.641)、效能期望(0.168)、努力期望(0.090)。结论我国老年人接受移动智能终端健康教育的情况不佳,建议从老年人自身、移动智能终端开发、医疗机构等层面进行改善,以提高老年人接受移动智能终端的健康教育行为,促进老年人健康。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of old people’s mobile health education usage behavior so as to provide reference for enriching and improving the methods and effects of health education for the elderly.Methods Based on the integrated technology acceptance and use theory(UTAUT),a model of influencing factors on old people’s mobile health education usage behavior was constructed.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 480 old people in Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces.Results 83.2%of the elderly had at least one type of mobile intelligent terminal,and only 11.7%of the elderly often used mobile terminals for health education.The influencing factors of the willingness and behavior of the elderly to accept mobile health education included age,education level,occupation,health status,and the ownership and preference of mobile intelligent terminals.According to the total effect value,the order was as follows:individual innovation(0.649),willingness to use(0.641),efficiency expectation(0.168),and effort expectation(0.090).Conclusions The situation of the elderly in China for accepting mobile health education is not good.It should be improved from the aspects of the elderly themselves,mobile intelligent terminal development,medical institutions,etc.to improve the health education behavior of the elderly to accept mobile intelligent terminals and promote the health of the elderly.
