摘要
LL-37是人体内发现的唯一一种Cathelicidin类抗菌肽,由其前体hCAP-18经丝氨酸蛋白酶3剪切后产生。研究发现,LL-37可在流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、鼻病毒、人类免疫缺陷病毒等病毒中发挥抗病毒作用。文章对LL-37在这些病毒发生发展过程中所起的作用进行综述。
LL-37 is the only cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide discovered in humans,which is generated by proteolytic cleavage of its precursor hCAP-18 by serine protease 3.Research has shown that LL-37 exhibits antiviral ability against influenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus,rhinovirus,and human immunodeficiency virus,among others.This article reviews the role of LL-37 in the development of these viral infections.
