竹质桥梁结构优化设计与力学变形特性分析

摘要 以全国第十四届结构设计竞赛“变参数桥梁结构设计与制作”为例,通过对结构模型的设计、选型与制作、模型加载,并运用Midas有限元分析模型等方面的阐述,对鱼腹式桁架结构模型和桁架结构模型进行试验加载和数字模拟对比分析,桁架结构相比于鱼腹式结构具有制作工艺简单,能在较短的时间内就能制作完成。在相同荷载情况下,桁架结构的力学性能优于鱼腹式结构,且桁架结构模型质量明显小于鱼腹式结构模型,其自重小,节省材料。 Taking the“Design and Fabrication of Bridge Structures with Variable Parameters”of the 14th National Structural design competition as an example,this paper expounds the design,selection and fabrication of structural models,model loading,and the use of Midas finite element analysis model.Experimental loading and digital simulation comparison analysis were conducted on the fish bellied truss structure model and the truss structure model.Compared to the fish bellied structure,the truss structure has a simple manufacturing process and can be completed in a relatively short time.Under the same load conditions,the mechanical performance of the truss structure is superior to that of the fish bellied structure,and the mass of the truss structure model is significantly smaller than that of the fish bellied structure model because of its small self weight and material saving.
