杜甫以其悲天悯人的精神特性,在诗歌中倾注忧国忧民的深切情怀,这使他成为儒家士大夫崇高气节与伟大人格的象征。以杜甫为楷模掀起的尊唐崇杜之风在晚唐很盛行。纵观少陵之诗,不论是其诗歌蕴含的现实主义精神,还是“语不惊人死不休”的作诗态度,抑或是忠君爱国的崇高人格,都让后代诗人敬仰,作为“晚唐巨擘”的江西才子郑谷即是其中之一。观郑谷诗,既有少陵身影浮现,也有相似的身世遭遇,更有对杜甫的崇敬之情。

With his compassionate spirit,Du Fu poured his deep feelings of concern for the country and the people into his poems,which has made him become a symbol of the lofty integrity and great personality of Confucian scholar bureaucrats in China.Taking Du Fu as a model,the trend of respecting Tang and Du was also very popular in the late Tang Dynasty.Looking at Shaoling's poems,whether it is the realistic spirit contained in his poems,the poetic attitude of"the words startle",or the noble personality of loyalty to the king and patriotism,all of which are respected by future poets.Zheng Gu,a Jiangxi talent as a"giant of the late Tang Dynasty",is one of them.In Zheng Gu's poems,there is not only the figure of Shaoling,but also similar life experiences,and more respect for Du Fu.
