新时代大学图书馆劳动教育体系及内容设计研究

Research on Labor Education System and Content Design of University Library in the New Era

劳动教育是新中国成立以来党的教育方针的重要组成部分。大学图书馆劳动教育要切实把握新时代大学劳动教育的特征,厘清性质。文章在调研“双一流”大学图书馆开展的劳动教育基础上,分析新时代大学图书馆劳动教育的目标定位、关键内容、实施机制,进而提出大学图书馆劳动教育的目标、内容及支持体系。

Labor education is an important part of our country's education policy since the founding of New China.Labor education in university libraries must grasp the new characteristics of university labor education in the new era and clarify the nature of labor education in university libraries.Only then can labor education be solidly promoted and implemented.Through the investigation of labor education carried out by“double first-class”university libraries,it is found that some university libraries have explored various effective forms of labor education in a timely manner,and problems such as the emergence of changes and the lack of a labor education security mechanism.To this end,this paper analyzes the goal orientation,key content and implementation mechanism of labor education in university libraries in the new era,and then proposes the goal system,content system and support system of labor education in university libraries,which will help improve the effectiveness and improvement of labor education in university libraries.The labor literacy of college students is very important.
